Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and start saving!

Is SavingsHub completely free?

Using Coupons

How do I use a coupon code?

Find the deal you want and click "Get Code". The coupon code will be revealed and copied to your clipboard. You'll be redirected to the store — paste the code in the promo/coupon field at checkout.

What's the difference between a "Code" and a "Deal"?

Coupon Codes require you to enter a specific code at checkout. Deals are promotions that don't need a code — the discount is automatically applied when you click through our link.

Can I use multiple coupon codes on one order?

Most stores only allow one coupon code per order. However, you can often combine a coupon code with other offers like free shipping, cashback programs, or store credit.

How are coupons verified?

Our team tests coupons regularly. Coupons with a "Verified" badge have been tested within the last 48 hours. We also use community feedback to keep codes fresh.

How do I manage email notifications?

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

How do I find deals for a specific store?

Use the search bar on the homepage or visit the All Stores page. Each store has its own page showing all available coupons and deals.

Troubleshooting

A coupon code isn't working. What should I do?

Check if the code has expired, your cart meets the minimum purchase amount, items are eligible, and you haven't already used the code. Try clearing your cart and re-adding items. If it still doesn't work, report it on the deal page.

I can't log in to my account.

Make sure you're using the correct email. Try "Forgot Password" to reset it. Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

The website isn't loading properly.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, try a different browser, disable extensions that might interfere, and check your internet connection.

Is my personal information safe?
